I moved the last of my things yesterday. I will miss Kathy so much. She is a complete love. I have to say, I am not fond of Stephanie or Diana at all. They always create conflict. They don’t listen. They are rude and abrasive. Stephanie brings up things in conversations that have no business being brought up. But Kathy is a gem. It’s all about Kathy! Love you Kathy!

Kathy was great. She stayed open 30 minutes past closing time on a Friday night to rent me a unit and help me out of a bind! Then she kept the gate open late for me to get all my stored items into the unit that same day! She has old school customer service skills that you rarely see any more and I greatly appreciated, being old school myself! The storage unit itself is basic but fine save for the fact that there are no lights inside the storage unit. The hallway lights help but it much! All in all this is Kathy’s place and she runs it like it’s her personal home and the customers are her family. She’s a gem; everything from the ice cold water and Coca Cola to the familiar Southern accent and hospitality really hit the spot! 5 STARS!!
