Spaces and accessibility are extremely tight (I never measured, but I do not believe they are true to size). My brand new 5th wheel was parked in my rented space and hit by another tenant. Management did not inform me or try to do anything to resolve this. They claim to have cameras, but were not able to pull up surveillance footage from the incident. Extremely poor management

Currently under a needless legal battle just to have my property returned to me, Brian the manager repeatedly entered my unit without permission, had my girlfriends truck towed and refused to tell us where. Had us arrested for trying to secure our passions and unsterilized cleaning up. I was more then willing to pay for any fees fines two more units but he refused to take my money but had no problem emptying out my unit while I was in jail because he had me arrested me and my girlfriend. Unlawfully locked me out of my unit without ever posting any warning refused to take payment then had me and my girlfreind arrested for cleaning and attempting to secure my belogings and while were were in jail compleetly empty my unit and refueses to let me know where my wallet ,cash, firearms and other posetions were moved to. I have him entering my unit on camera multiple times and have no choice but to persue legel actions. Stay away

Had my $40k travel trailer stollen from here after only a few months. My unit was parked with a beefy hitch lock. Someone had plenty of time and the gate code. While I was giving a police report I was shown a video of another travel trailer that was stolen just a few days earlier. The management knows it’s an issue and does little to nothing about it.

We were going to store our ATV’s here, but thankfully we were warned by multiple neighbors that they’ve lost expensive items here due to theft. We’re talking in the 10’s of thousands of dollars. Scooters, ATVs, Jet Skis. The storage facility simply said “sorry, we didn’t have surveillance”… and didn’t seem to care. This has been happening for a long time and it seems they still haven’t fixed the problem because just this week ANOTHER person on Nextdoor had property stolen from here. They STILL don’t have proper surveillance or security despite multiple thefts. I’m so glad I read the reviews. Find a safer, more secure and responsible facility.

Stay far far away! Shady cars parked in front of storage units. Gates never closed and locked! Zero surveillance or well lit areas. A crooks dream come true! Apparently management finds it ok for renters to sleep in your storage unit as well. After several emails were unanswered regarding lack of security measures in place. I was finally able to speak to “Brian” the (property manager) via phone to voice my concerns about the gates being left open and people sleeping in their cars and storage units. My unit along with 3 others were found to have broken locks. My trailer and ATVs were stolen. The lack of interest to keep renters storage safe is appalling.
